We rent a vacation apartment for max. 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children in the amber bath Kölpinsee on Usedom. Up to 2 dogs are also welcome.
We offer a beautiful fully equipped vacation apartment with double bed and pull-out sofa bed, a winter garden for comfortable sitting and relaxing, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a small terrace for barbecuing. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, fridge with icebox, microwave, stove with oven and ceramic hob, kettle,... .
There is also the possibility that we provide you with a baby travel cot and a high chair. We offer a parking place for your car and a small garden for relaxing and for your children to play safely. In the high season (beginning of June - end of August and from 20.12. - 03.01.) we charge 60,-€ per night and in the low season we charge 50,-€/night. And, over Christmas and New Year's Eve 70,-€/night. For a dog we charge additional 5,-€/night. Bed linen and towels are included. Our vacation apartment is on the first floor and only 400m from the Baltic Sea beach. Nearby are restaurants, a lake for fishing, a bike rental, bakery, shopping, museum, station of the Usedomer Bäderbahn, spa administration, equestrian farm. Our vacation apartment is habitable all year round, thanks to night storage heaters. The seaside resort of Kölpinsee charges a visitor's tax from April to October, which must be paid upon arrival.
