We offer a cozy apartment in the attic with a nice balcony and seating area. Nearby is a playground and soccer field and shopping facilities.

The apartment is located in a quiet location.
It can be used by 2 to 4 persons. It is a non-smoking holiday apartment. It contains a living room with open kitchen and 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds. A crib is available. The extra bed for 2 persons would be possible. In the bathroom there is a toilet and a bathtub. The bed linen, towels and water are included. Energy is paid according to consumption. A parking space belongs to the apartment. Nature lovers, cyclists, hikers are welcome.

Demmin is a Hanseatic City and is located in the middle of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, so excursions to Usedom, Rügen, Rostock, Stralsund, Greifswald and Fischland-Darß-Zingst are possible. In the three-river region with Peene, Trebel, Tollense you can make tours by canoe or on the ship on the Peene - the Amazon of the North.
