The for 2 pers., approx. 65 m² large, with underfloor heating, completely equipped non-smoking apartment, with WZ, SZ, bath, kitchen and terrace, is in the 2004 again built house, accessible with separate entrance.
From us you have a short way to the center and about 300 m to the narrow Luzin. Besides the crystal clear water and forested slopes, you will also find one of the last hand-operated cable ferries in Europe. Here you can swim, take boat and bike tours, as well as hike or try stand-up paddling.
The living room is equipped with a dining area and has an electric recliner and a couch with adjustable headrests for relaxing. Reading is of course also abundant, TV and CD player round out the fully equipped room. In the built-in bedroom you will find a double bed of about 2 m x 2 m and a lot of storage space. The bathroom is equipped with the necessary sanitary facilities, a ground-level shower and of course, a hairdryer. The bathroom furniture was modernized in 2021. In the fitted kitchen you will also find a place to eat as well as all electrical appliances ( refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee as well as Tchibo capsule machine, toaster and kettle ). The newly designed, about 12 m² large terrace invites you to eat, relax or even for a glass of wine. Appropriate furniture and a parasol are part of the equipment.
Our apartment is fully equipped, with towels, tea towels, etc. handed over.
The cost is per night/ 64, - €, as well as a one-time service fee of 30, - €.
