On an estate on the outskirts of Schwerin, the Medeweger Hofgemeinschaft runs a multifaceted farm. The farm kitchen is the center of activity. Residents, friends, neighbors and the many farm visitors who combine shopping in the farm store with a snack meet here for lunch. The ambience is captivating with its mix of antique and new; through a glass front, one looks out onto the manor house and the playground. The food is cooked with fresh ingredients from the farm and the cakes are also fresh from the farm bakery.

In our farm store you will find the wide range of the farm's own biodynamic food, we also offer raw milk for self-bottling.
