The Postma family has been running their dairy farm in Lambrechtshagen, just outside Rostock, for over 30 years. Together with their diverse team, they now look after around 600 milking cows and their offspring in modern barns and with feed from their own farm.
The long-standing dream of greater customer transparency and contact with people who value regionally produced food became a reality in spring 2024 with their own farm store. After a renovation phase that involved a lot of hard work and passion, the former home now shines in new splendor. You can now shop, meet, celebrate and even spend the night here! Here you will find free-range eggs from our hens, fresh milk and meat and sausage from our own Wagyu cattle. In addition to cheese from our own milk and home-made ice cream, the farm store also sells produce from local farmers and gardeners. This means you can buy a whole week's worth of regional produce. Those who prefer to enjoy their ice cream, coffee and cake straight away can simply sit in the café or on the benches between the apple trees. The cozy vacation apartments on the upper floor are available for a longer break. The seminar room for up to 40 people is ideal for events.
