Meet the life and work of the most famous son of the town of Neubukow - Heinrich Schliemann - the discoverer of ancient Troy. On January 6, 1822 he was born in the rectory of Neubukow as the fifth child of the pastor Ernst Schliemann. Today, the memorial is located in the former rector's house (built in 1790) Am Brink 1, where original finds such as jugs, bowls and cups, which the archaeologist, who was born in Neubukow in 1822, excavated in Troy, can be admired. Display boards with photos and explanations document the life and work of Heinrich Schliemann.
