Ahrensberg house bridge - the only preserved house bridge in northern Germany
This beautiful house bridge was built in 1928 - however, it is a listed building. From April 2013 to mid-July 2013, extensive renovation work - construction phase I - was carried out. Construction phase II then followed in 2014.
Below this bridge is a rustic snack bar of the Wesenberger Fischerei. For paddlers or also for cyclists it is a popular destination to take a break here. With a fish roll, smoked fish or even just an ice cream, you can rest a bit and enjoy the view over the lake and the nature all around.
