On the 120m high Hauptmannsberg you can relax with a view of the lake while having a picnic with friends and family. The beautiful natural landscape invites you to linger.

The 120-meter-high Hauptmannsberg gives its name to the surrounding nature reserve, adjacent to the Hullerbusch and Schmaler Luzin nature reserves. The Fridolinweg, a circular hiking trail around the Schmaler Luzin, leads over the Hauptmannsberg. From this path the hiker has partly wide views over the lake Zansen into the hilly landscape. On the Hauptmannsberg there is a Bronze Age burial mound.
