Castles and Manors, Holiday flats, marry and celebrate

Vacation in one of the seven apartments or rent the entire manor house and estate park exclusively with family or friends. Gut Üselitz offers a wide range of opportunities for relaxing, unforgettable days in a secluded location steeped in nature and history.

Üselitz Manor is located in the municipality of Poseritz in the south of the Island of Rügen, close to the Hanseatic City of Stralsund. The listed manor house from the 16th century is located on the estate. After falling into ruin in the 1960s, the house has now been completely rebuilt.

The house is located in the middle of a park, which is also a listed building. The "Üselitzer Wiek", a protected bay in the south of Rügen, surrounds the estate on all sides and creates a particularly relaxing atmosphere.

Seven high-quality apartments have been created on the three upper floors of the manor house. On the first floor and in the manor park there are spacious rooms and areas suitable for hosting all kinds of festive occasions and events.

For maximum privacy, the entire manor house, including the spacious first floor and the entire estate park, can also be rented. In this way, the property becomes an island exclusively inhabited by the tenants in the middle of the shallow bay "Üselitzer Wiek".

The water landscape not only provides an impressive play of light and color in all seasons, but is also a retreat for a rich bird life of cranes, herons, cormorants, greylag geese, ducks and many other species. Together with the fruit trees, some of which are over a hundred years old, the estate invites you to reflect on nature.
