We sell homemade fruit spreads with high fruit content (75%) from our own, regional and partly exotic fruits in our in-house farm store, at weekly markets and in an online store. Especially our sea buckthorn spreads are very popular.
We are a family business and have been producing fruit spreads for 10 years. The fruits come mainly from our own farm and from the region, sometimes we use exotic fruits such as oranges . Especially sea buckthorn, the fruit of the Baltic Sea, has taken a fancy to us and is available in various fruit combinations (e.g. with pear, wild mirabelle, quince or mirabelle). We also use birch sugar as a sugar alternative. Seasonally we offer special autumn and winter fruit spreads. All fruit spreads are made without additives or preservatives.
We also produce homemade carbonated lemonades, completely without preservatives.
You are welcome to visit us in our farm store from March to November. We are also represented at markets in Prerow, Ahrenshoop, Wiek and Dierhagen, as well as at regional events such as the Genussmarkt in Güstrow or the Eldaner Klostermakt in Greifswald. An online store completes our offer.
