The impressive Parchim town hall with a unique town hall cellar dates back to the 14th century with its core substance.
The BUGA 2009 in Schwerin and a climate forest for our environment - what could be more natural than combining the major event of a Federal Horticultural Show with the reforestation of a new forest area! One day after the start of the BUGA in Schwerin, this sixth 1.7-hectare climate forest in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern was opened with a planting event in Neuhof on April 24, 2009.
In today's Sonnenberg nature reserve, robber Vieting once caused fear and terror. His cave and other traces from that time can still be visited today.

Covering an area of 4.4 hectares, they enclose the northeastern side of Parchim's old town and run along the former medieval town fortifications. While walking through the gardens, visitors also learn about Parchim's eventful history.

Course participants will be shown step by step how to successfully paint an oil painting in one day. A vacation apartment is available for a painting weekend or week.

A visit to the outdoor pool of the village is a must (June-August). The county seat Parchim is 7 km away, the baroque town Ludwigslust 20 km and the State capital Schwerin 30 km.
