The open studio for fusing glass art of Werner Kothe has a year-round offer for all art lovers as well as a sales gallery. Here the fusing technique can be learned in creative courses. In addition, accommodation for overnight stays is offered.
Since November 2020, the castle in Löcknitz houses the studio with gallery of the sculptor and glass designer Werner Kothe.
Since 2002, his specialization has been in the special glass finishing technique in which the glass is fused, the fusing technique. Werner Kothe passes on his expertise as well as his experience with this fascinating valuable material to interested parties in courses held throughout the year. In his studio, he creates glass art objects for interior and exterior use, for sacred buildings, as well as utility glass and jewelry.
Interested visitors are welcomed here on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11 am to 4 pm.
