Amber - Gold of the SeaBaltic Jewelry Schaumanufaktur - jewelry making to touch. Here you can not only experience jewelry making up close, but also admire the most extensive amber jewelry sales exhibition in Europe.

The imposing Schaumanufaktur, located on the B 105 at the end of Damgarten, attracts the attention of all motorists. Built in the shape of a pyramid, the structure was awarded the Design Promotion Prize in 2000. Visitors can find out everything there is to know about jewelry production. Glass jewelry production, insight into the workshops, jewelry from design to finishing and information on the individual production stages - a unique attraction in Germany. Before the eyes of the often astonished visitors, employees, masters of their trade, work on the amber. They cut and polish, jewelry is created. If they feel like it, children and adults can try their hand at working the "gold of the sea" themselves, with expert guidance.

On three floors, Europe's most extensive amber jewelry sales exhibition holds, in addition to jewelry, from top fashion to classic, many unusual amber exhibits such as chess sets, carvings, model ships, etc. to marvel at and buy. Lived, tangible amber jewelry tradition since 1948. A bistro invites you to linger over coffee, cake or ice cream. Handicapped accessible toilets are just as natural as free parking for cars and coaches and a direct connection to the bike path.
