An experience all year round

Stress begins in the head! Relaxation too!

Who doesn't know the feeling of being "stressed out"? Every second German feels stressed at least once a week. Stress is often referred to as the disease of the present, with follow-up costs estimated at over 30 billion euros per year. The causes of stress can be manifold. One feels overtaxed and reacts irritably, nervously and angrily or with dejection and powerlessness. I, too, have recognized in my own environment that it is becoming more and more widespread and that only timely countermeasures with the right individual handling of stressful situations can help prevent the transition to real burnout.

Timely prophylaxis and learning to recognize one's stressors, as well as finding relaxation, is therefore the first step.

This is why I decided to train as a burn-out consultant and stress management trainer. The modules included in the training meet the qualitative requirements of the health insurance companies and the health insurance associations. Burn-out consultants know not only the typical causes and various forms of burn-out, but also the most important, effective, scientifically based techniques for prevention and therapy. Through my training, I would like to help everyone find their way in dealing with their stress, so that they can apply it in everyday life.

On our alpaca farm we will therefore not only offer team events, company and departmental outings, but also seminars on stress management and burn-out prophylaxis. In addition, I am available as a burn-out consultant. There is the possibility for individual:

  • Group seminars
  • Individual seminars
  • Short seminars
  • Company training
  • Information events

If you are interested or think it could be interesting for your company, please contact us for an individual program. We will be happy to develop this together according to your requirements.
