Guests can enjoy fresh fish at Fischereihof Detlefsen in Hütten near Bad Doberan, which has been honored by the gourmet magazine "Feinschmecker". Here, among other things, freshly caught carp from the old fish ponds, which were already fished by the monks of the Doberan Cathedral, is served on the plates, baked, smoked or "blue".
