A place for community, networking, exchange and further training between solo freelancers, creatives and all interested parties with room for ideas.

The Kreativquartier Schwerin, formerly officers' quarters and most recently an office building, offers space for ideas among creative professionals, solo freelancers and small businesses. Whether studio, office, workshop, recording studio or rehearsal room - the possible uses of the rooms are as varied as the industries and people they house. Over time and with a lot of initiative, the original idea has developed into a small community that shares the vision and wants to take it further. This ranges from regular joint meetings within the building community to network meetings for solo self-employed people and joint activities, workshops and festivals. If you would like to find out more about the Kreativquartier, you can follow them on Instagram at kreativquartier_schwerin or write directly if you have any questions. The quarter is located on the outskirts of the state capital and is easily accessible by public transport, bike or on foot. Viewings are also possible on request. Otherwise, network meetings and events offer the opportunity to gain a direct insight into the building and its community.
