Between Wismar and Rostock, on the Salzhaff, in the village of Klein Strömkendorf, away from the hustle and bustle of the big beach resorts, about 1km from the beach, lies this newly renovated red brick country house, surrounded by lots of nature.
In the large garden you can see as far as the horizon. Over horse pasture, fields, a small forest and sometimes even to the Baltic Sea. There is plenty of space to play, sunbathe, chill out and barbecue. On the large terrace is a fireplace for romantic campfires.
The well-equipped kitchen makes you want to cook. In the open living and dining area, a large table seats at least 10 people. The highlight is the old Swedish stove with modern interior, which provides the appropriate atmosphere. In the cozy seating area you can make yourself comfortable with a book from the small library or simply relax while watching TV.
A stable, "Spanish" table soccer makes you want to play a sporty competition, whether for beginners or professionals. In both bedrooms there is a double bed (160 x 200, 2 x 80 x 200). An extra bed is also available. The bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin, washing machine and towel warmer is equipped with white marble and river pebbles.
Parking spaces for two cars or camper, as well as bicycles are available.

Bed linen and towel service available. This house is a summer house. It does not have central heating. However, the wood stoves, which must be heated strictly according to the rules themselves, provide the special atmosphere.
Numerous shopping facilities, as well as pharmacy and doctors are located in Neubukow, 12 km away, or Wismar, 20 km away.
