The wildlife park and the Kutschercafe are located in Boek on the south-eastern shore of the Müritz, right next to the Müritz National Park.
Boek Wildlife Park is an open-air enclosure covering over 80 hectares where you can observe the local flora and fauna in their natural state on a carriage.
All the animals here behave as they would in the wild, so they show a certain respect towards "strangers". This is why they always keep their distance from humans.
Especially in the fall, with a little luck, you can watch a special spectacle when the red deer follow their natural instinct and begin to rut. Of course, you can also discover how diverse the animals and nature are at all other times of the year and marvel at what life can be like in the wild.
Carriage rides to Boek Wildlife Park are offered daily from April 1 to October 31 at the following times:
10.30 a.m. / 12.00 p.m. / 2.00 p.m. / 4.00 p.m.
In the Kutschercafe you can buy homemade, regional products. Whether jams or liqueurs to take away, a small snack for lunch or a piece of cake with delicious coffee during a break from cycling - you are very welcome in the cozy and rurally furnished Kutschercafe.
