The meeting place for young and old bookworms, culture lovers and art enthusiasts in the Bergringstadt.

Vacation time is reading time! And the Teterow library also has lots of great offers for vacation guests. On two huge floors, bookworms big and small can choose from over 23,000 media units in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The offer includes books for children and adults, magazines, audio books for all age groups, music CDs, DVDs and Tonies. In the rain, a cozy reading corner invites you to linger. Internet workstations and free Wi-Fi access are available for all those who can't do without reading while on vacation.

As a cultural meeting place, the city library also offers a variety of events for young and old. There are readings by authors, lectures by travel enthusiasts for travel enthusiasts, musical programs and suitable events at Easter or Christmas time, as part of the "Book Spring" or on "Nationwide Reading Aloud Day".For little bookworms, the summer campaign FerienLeseLust or the vacation program are popular highlights.
