Farm Shops, Shop regionally, holidays in the countryside

Try our single-variety apple juices, our organic iced teas and high-quality distillates made from different types of fruit! Discover more regional specialties in our farm store and visit our cidery and distillery.

On about 5ha of meadow orchards we take care of the preservation of more than 100 apple varieties, as well as some plum, pear and quince varieties. In order to put these aromatic old fruit varieties into value, we press single-variety juices and produce high-quality distillates, which you can also taste and buy in our farm store. Here you can also expect other delicious products from the region, which you can only get here.

In autumn you can also have your own fruit processed into juice or schnapps with us. Combine a visit to the cidery or distillery(www.schwarz-brennerei.de) with a walk in the beautiful Biosphere Reserve Schaalsee!

While shopping in the farm store, get advice from a fruit grower on planting and caring for fruit trees, or attend one of our fruit tree pruning courses.

The former inner-German border strip, the "Green Belt", is virtually predestined to be further enhanced by the creation of new forest areas. So it was only logical to add another climate forest to the existing ones in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern from summer 2010. The first planting campaign took place in April 2011. The total area consists of three parcels of land, two of which were reforested as part of the planting campaign with the Schwerin energy supplier WEMAG.
