The yellow brick church with its graceful tower looks urban, but it belongs to the Neustrelitz school.
If you turn your gaze skyward inside, you will be surprised by the beauty of the coffered ceiling in the Mecklenburg colors of yellow, red and blue. The oak altar is adorned with a cast-iron figure of Christ, which, curiously enough, was once fished out of the Müritz River by two boys. In the church there are always fresh flowers, Brazilian nativity figures and there are books. Diagonally opposite, a mighty summer lime tree rustles. It is four meters thick and 15 meters high. It is wonderful to rest in the shelter of this magnificent natural monument.
