A circular cycle route begins at the town hall of the island town, the highlights of which are located directly in the town. The swing bridge is one of them. The route leads along Kirchenstraße, where you can visit the DDR Museum, turning left onto Biestorfer Weg, where you follow the road to Lenz. You can take a break there. The route continues in a southerly direction via the Lenz Canal to the steep banks of Lake Plauer See, the Lenzer Höh'. From here you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view. The return route remains close to Lake Petersdorf and leads through beech forests to Malchow Monastery, whose church houses an organ museum. You return to the island town via the earth dam.
