StegeART - Stefan Gesicki - is a life artist and autodidact from Berlin who has now found his home on the Baltic Sea. He worked for the ReichsBahn, sold palm trees, drove a Trabbi, wore Jesus slippers, was on the run in '89, got to know Paris by night, sat in a casino in Nepal, in a temple in India, on a volcano in Indonesia, saw lions in Africa, slept in an Inca palace, dived in the Caribbean, swam in the Orinoco, studied architecture and art, found his second home on the flower island of Madeira, married a beautiful woman, renovated a villa, fathered a son, moved to the coast, has lived and worked there for over ten years as a freelance artist - with a view of the water...

" My paintings often reflect an inner, wild being that could not be more versatile. This results in works with extraordinary expressiveness, which nevertheless leave room for a very individual interpretation by the viewer. The colored line as a symbol of power and life, the use of sand, paper and other materials as a sign of connection to what surrounds you."

Let yourself be carried away by his pictures to faraway places, far from the daily grind. He regularly exhibits in the region between Rostock and Stralsund, but also nationwide. His works have also been sold internationally (for example to Luxembourg and Canada).

Life is colorful, give me your hand and I'll show you...
