Parks and Gardens

The Christiansberg Botanical Garden is a private show garden on 30,000 square meters, which has been constantly expanded since 1982. Since 1994 it has been open for garden and nature lovers to visit all year round.

In the Ueckermünde Heath on the Szczecin Lagoon is the Christiansberg Botanical Garden, a private show garden covering 30,000 square meters that is open to guests all year round. The owners and Christiansberg residents call it their "Green Paradise." The garden consists of several areas such as the garden pond with ducks and fish, the shade garden with funcias and ferns, the peony section, the heather garden and the Alpinum with gentian, edelweiss and other rare mountain plants.
At the beginning of May, the magnolia garden is in full bloom. About 100 varieties can then be admired by garden lovers, bearing promising names such as "Yellow Bird", "Skyberry Ice" or "Skyberry Fun".
