The Island of Rügen is a paradise for nature photographers, locals and tourists alike! Vogeltouren MV offers unforgettable eagle tours specially designed for nature lovers and photographers.

Eagle tours
Vogeltouren MV takes participants into the fascinating world of the majestic white-tailed eagle - the true kings of the skies. The experienced guides take participants on an eagle tour to the best observation points on the Island of Rügen to see these impressive birds in their natural environment and capture them in photographs.

Lesser Spotted Eagle Tour
Here guests can experience the fascinating beauty and grace of the rare lesser spotted eagle, which proudly sits enthroned on the coat of arms of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. These impressive eagles are threatened with extinction and offer a unique opportunity to observe them in their natural environment.

Highlights of the tour: Observing the majestic lesser spotted eagles up close in their natural environment. Participants will learn more about the threats facing these fascinating birds and how conservation efforts are helping to protect them. They will discover the breathtaking landscape of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, which is home to many other rare animal and plant species, and enjoy informative and entertaining lectures and discussions with experts.

Note: As the protection of the lesser spotted eagles is a top priority, the number of participants is limited so as not to disturb their habitats. It is therefore worth reserving your place early.
For more information on the lesser spotted eagle tour and to reserve your place, please contact the organizer.

Eagle photo hide
Is it possible to photograph white-tailed eagles from a distance of approx. 20 - 40 metres? Definitely yes! With my fixed photo hide, nothing stands in the way.
Photographing the white-tailed eagle and many other shy animals from a short distance is a dream come true for every nature photographer. A photo hide can be hired daily from mid-September to mid-January to experience this unique, intense nature experience with wild animals.

Note: Bookings are subject to availability. Please book in advance to avoid disappointment. Hire is in accordance with current conservation guidelines. IMPORTANT! Please understand that sightings of sea eagles cannot be guaranteed as they are wild animals whose behaviour is not 100% predictable. Nevertheless, you can remain optimistic, as Kevin Hempel will use his many years of experience with sea eagles on site to fulfil this photo request. However, in the unlikely event of no sighting, a refund is not possible. Cost: 70€ per person per day, with 2 photographers the daily rent is 50€ per person.
