Located on the southern shore of the lake idyllically behind the baroque castle, the sandy beach invites you to swim and linger.
Lake Kummerow spreads out in front of you in its entire length. Sailboats and eagles are the only ones crossing your field of vision. You will find both sunny and shady places, for children there is a pirate ship to play on. If you don't like to sit in the sand, you can sit down under the bee flower meadow or in the picnic hut.
And if it gets too hot, you can cool off with a visit to the exhibition above in the castle with international photography art in the old walls or go to the cafe next door.
