The two chefs André Beiersdorff and Matthias Stolze, who have been awarded one star by the renowned "Guide Michelin", present Nordic accents and original flavor combinations on the plates. The two chefs prefer to use products from the Baltic Sea coast region, but also look beyond the "water" and our national borders to find exciting new products of the best possible quality and present them creatively.
