Our nature campsite "Boek" C 16 with a surfing and canoeing base and a kite surfing route is located directly on the south-eastern shore of the Müritz, Germany's largest inland lake at 117 km².
The fine sandy beach and the extensive shallow water area are ideal for swimming for families with children, but are also an ideal bathing and sports area for surfers, sailors and many water sports enthusiasts. There is a playground, a beach volleyball court, a kiosk and sanitary facilities on the campsite grounds. There is a dog bathing beach right next door. Parking spaces are available.

- the adjacent Müritz National Park with its unique flora and fauna (you can explore it not only on foot, but also by bike, canoe, Kremser or bus (free with the Müritz rundum guest card)) and the National Park Information Center
- the Müritz cycle route
- the Boek manor house (currently being renovated)

- Boek Wildlife Park with carriage rides in the wildlife park
- the Hotel Müritz-Park with restaurant and the residence on the east bank of the Müritz

- Bus stop "Müritz-rundum" for connections to Waren, Klink, Röbel, Rechlin, National Park (guests who pay a spa tax receive a guest card with which they can travel around the Müritz by bus free of charge) - MOBIL WITHOUT A CAR
