The "Verein zur Förderung der Gesundheit in der Feldberger Seenlandschaft e. V." was initiated by the "Klinik am Haussee" and supports, among others, the "Kneippverein Feldberger Quellen e. V.", offers health courses, operates its own Kneipp basin in the clinic park and the "Kleine Galerie".
Since 2006, the association has pursued the goal of providing health-oriented offers to the public. In the premises of the "Klinik am Haussee" therapists offer reimbursable courses (e.g. aqua gymnastics). Electric bikes, bicycles, boats and canoes can be rented from the association at the "Klinik am Haussee". In the clinic's own park, there is a Kneipp treading pool with an arm bath and information board on Kneipp, and visitors can learn about the healing power of herbs at a herb spiral in the park. The association accompanies events in the village with its own activities, for example with lectures or treatments. With the "Small Gallery" it also sets a cultural focus. Several times a year, artists from the region exhibit their works free of charge on the premises of the "Klinik am Haussee".
