A circular route begins at the town hall of the island town, the highlights of which are located directly in the town. The swing bridge is one of them. A detour to the DDR Museum is also possible. The meadow path takes you to Lake Petersdorf. The route now follows the shore paths across the Biestorf paddocks to Lenz, where you can take a break. The route continues in a southerly direction across the Lenz Canal to the steep shore of Lake Plau, the Lenzer Höh'. From here you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view. The return route remains close to Lake Petersdorf and leads through beech forests to Malchow Monastery, whose church houses an organ museum. You return to the island town via the earth dam.
