Arboretum Erbsland - forest botanical garden
The forest botanical garden is located 6 km northeast of the small town of Mirow.
In 1887, under the direction of Friedrich Scharenberg, the arboretum was planted with foreign tree species to test their suitability for German forestry. With over thirty tree species still present, the Erbsland is one of the oldest and dendrologically most interesting forestry cultivation experiments in Germany.
