Treat yourself to a time-out for body and soul with individual massages and other applications of classical Chinese medicine.
Chinese medicine practice
Chinese medicine describes the human being as a process that exists under different conditions inside and outside.
Thus, it is possible to positively influence the ACTUAL state of a person by specifically influencing the conditions, to release stagnations that have arisen and thus to regulate the overall body functional system.
Since the condition structure of a person is always individual, the diagnosis and the therapy must always be individually adapted to each person. The treatment is done with individual TUINA massages, herbal formulas, exercises, acupuncture, etc.
The client is involved in the process.
I offer among other things:
Health counseling according to classical Chinese medicine
Health counseling is about creating an individual pattern through specific questioning and tongue and pulse observation, and thereby recognizing and correlating disharmonies. Among other things, it is about nutrition, lifestyle, digestion, sleep, ... .
Interactions and connections can be shown and solutions can be found together, how the disharmonious patterns can be regulated again.
TUINA- Massages
TUINA can be used as prevention and also therapeutically. It has enjoyed a very high status in China for over 2000 years, along with herbal applications, nutrition, acupuncture and lifestyle.
With the help of different massage techniques, which warm and work in depth, combined with targeted acupressure, the flow in the entire body is stimulated and thus stagnations can be released.
The massages are not only effective against tensions. They also strengthen muscles, make joints supple and have positive effects on other processes, such as digestion, breathing or psychosomatic problems.

Fire cupping
Cupping therapy is one of the oldest methods of Chinese medicine. The air contained in the cupping glass is heated with a flame, causing the air to expand and create a vacuum when placed on the skin. When the air in the cupping glass cools, a vacuum is created that "sucks" the tissue. The suction effect stimulates blood circulation, toxins and slag are brought to the surface, metabolism is stimulated, muscle tension and stiffness are relieved, and the underlying organs can also be positively affected. Due to the suction effect, circular bruises appear on the treated areas. However, these disappear after a few days.In cupping massage is combined between flash cupping (the glass is sucked and pulled off the skin in a flash), moving cupping (the glass is pushed over the skin on a film of oil) and the punctual cupping.
I offer: fire cupping (punctual)
