Refinement of old Rügener fruit varieties to high-quality noble brandies, mainly in BIO quality and production of fruity liqueurs, to the pleasure for highest requirements

Rügen is an ideal location for fruit growing. The many sunny days and the climate, which is very beneficial for humans, also spoil the fruit. Thus, the cultivation of fruit on Rügen has a very long history.

For our brandies, we process only fully ripe, hand-sorted organic table fruit from the Island of Rügen and this mainly varietal. Because each fruit develops its own varietal characteristics, which can even vary from year to year due to different climatic conditions. That is why all our bottles are vintage labeled and numbered.

The liqueurs are composed of our own distillates with natural ingredients in a complex production process. Farm store: Organic noble fruit brandies and sea buckthorn spirits, fruity liqueurs, sea buckthorn products, beverages, honey, organic products.
