The circular tour from Güstrow leads in four stages to magnificent gems between blooming meadows and fields. Mecklenburg dukes and even General Wallenstein once resided in the Renaissance castle in Güstrow.

Cyclists will experience the landscape in all its diversity. Through woods and meadows, the route leads to the small town of Schwaan, where there was a well-known artists' colony in the 19th century. On the way, the Hohen Sprenzer See lake tempts you to take a cooling dip. The Warnow meadows and the Kösterbeck and Großes Moor nature reserves near Göldenitz promise great nature observations. Beavers and otters have their home here. Four beautiful manor houses crown the stage to Laage.

In Laage, the historic water tower invites you to enjoy a magnificent view of the area. The Recknitz meanders picturesquely through the meadows.
Practically every village is dominated by a manor house, often with beautiful landscaped parks. In some of them, classical concerts are held under the stars in summer.

On the third stage, the village beauties shine in competition with each other, sometimes in the English, sometimes in the French style, surrounded by roses or situated in dreamlike parks. The densely wooded valley of the Nebel River is a delight for nature lovers.

The fourth stage stretches around Krakow Lake. None of the manor houses in this region is like the other. Today, the stylish ambience offers the ideal setting for a special vacation and even to tie the knot. The climatic health resort Krakow has a beautiful promenade and a cozy old town to offer.

On the circular route there are manor houses in Groß Viegeln, Reez, Bandelstorf, Dolgen, Wardow, Spotendorf, Groß Ridsenow, Selpin, Vilz, Thelkow, Nustrow, Samow, Lühburg, Dalwitz, Alt Vorwerk, Poggelow, Tellow, Gottin, Warnkenhagen, Vietgest, Hoppenrade, Neu Sammit and Klein Grabow.
